This Agile Coaching Skills – Certified Facilitator course is tailored to enhance participants' facilitation skills through many engaging activities. The workshop covers various aspects, including understanding and applying Agile values, orienting oneself as a facilitator, considering environmental factors, and delving into conflict resolution strategies.
