Did you know that many of your daily routines are actually rituals? Did you know every time you celebrate it is a ceremony?
Rituals bring us comfort, a sense of peace and grounding. In ritual the mind relaxes, and the subconscious feels safe. Rituals tend to be more private. In ceremony we feel seen, heard and truly known. Our transformations become very powerful when recognized through ceremony. Generally, a ceremony is a community action.
We are not taught to think about ritual and ceremony as part of our daily lives yet, they are. In this class we will explore their importance and find ways to consciously create them so we can bring more joy to our lives, find closure when needed, and bring balance into our day.

Meet Your Instructor: HEIDI HENYON
Heidi became fascinated with energy medicine more than 40 years ago. Twenty five years ago she left a successful corporate career to work full time with clients and teach energy healing. She is the author of A Guide to Sensing and Feeling Energy, has studied many different energy disciplines and is now semi-retired enjoying sharing what she has had the joy of learning with others.
