Ceremonial Summer Day Retreat: Cacao, Rituals, Sound & Thermal Waters

Immerse yourself in a transformative day combining ancient ceremony with restorative wellness practices.

In Sacred Space, we begin with:

1. Sacred Shamanic Cacao Ceremony to open your heart
2. Guided connection
3. Intentional Shamanic rituals to release and invite in (the order of this ritual is subject to change and either morning or afternoon with flexibility).
4. Sound Bath with Gong, Crystalline and Himalayan Singing Bowls
5. Mindful Sensory Walk
6. Beautiful lunch (menu to be firmed up two weeks before the event (Veggie/Vegan and Meat options to choose from and to be finalised 2 weeks before the retreat start date.
7. Thermal Bathing to invigorate the mind and body.
8. Take home goodie bag to continue a wellness ritual at home.

An Elderflower non alcoholic cocktail (and glasses of water at the Hot Tubs) are included in your ticket in the Hot Tubs. All other refreshments are payable by each recipient including a drink at lunch time.

Tickets are non refundable unless sold out and your space can be transferred to another attendee.

The bathing facilities include bathing toiletries for common use in the warm and cold water showers and you will be required to bring two towels (one for the sauna)and you might also wish to bring a robe or sarong for the bathing area and flip flops.

Yoga mats and paper cups for Cacao will be provided, however for the Sound Bath please bring any pillows for your head and a light throw.
