Join us for a heartwarming, meditative and therapeutic sound & breath ceremony guided by Cacao, the sacred Amazonian plant on friday November 12 at FLOW Yoga in Deurne, Antwerp! Experience the power of your breath, sound, voice and the sweetness of cacao.
The ceremony will start with a cup of cacao and transition into a guided breathwork session. Followed by movement, sound, voice and connection.
So, what is Cacao? Hot coco, but healthier!
Cacao is the raw form of chocolate. We will serve ceremonial grade cacao from Ecuador. It is rich in minerals, vitamins and anti-oxidants. It also has the ability to increase the blood flow and induce the release of endorphins, leaving us with a sense of bliss. As always, mother nature knows what’s best!
Once known as the “Food of the Gods'' this heart opening medicine from the Mayans was used in ceremonial settings. Often guided by music and dance. A cup of cacao will support us in looking beyond the mind and uplift our spirit.
Connect with the power of your breath!
Transformational breathwork will help you to connect to the full senses of your body and explore what is present for you at the moment. Plain and simple, let go of tension, release old emotions, expand consciousness and re-align by using your own breath and movement. Experience deeper states of relaxation and create space for new energy to flow.
We will take you on a transforming sound journey with Tibetan & crystal bowls, gongs, flute, guitar, voice and other instruments. The closing circle offers the opportunity to connect and feel supported by fellow participants.Relax in a beautiful, tranquil place where your nerves are soothed and your soul feels free.

In this 3 hour ceremony you will:
-Open ceremony with gratitude practice
-Connect with your own intention for the medicine
-Drink (Ceremonial Dose) Cacao
-Breathwork & Sound Healing Meditation
-Movement practice for energy release and integration
What You'll Need:
-Comfy clothing, in layers if possible
-If possible, an eye mask.
-Something precious for the altar
-Bring a mat if possible, if not we will supply one
How To Prepare:
-Eat a light-medium meal 2 hours before ceremony
-Hydrate before ceremony
-Arrive 10 minutes early to prepare to start on time
