About Our Speaker
Jacinta Esquer is the owner-operator of La Suprema, a historic coworking and event space in the heart of Barrio Viejo that has become a vibrant hub for collaboration, creativity, and community connection in Tucson.
A Tucson native, Jacinta brings more than 13 years of corporate leadership experience in operations and development to her role as a small business owner. After serving as La Suprema’s community builder for three years, she stepped into ownership in January 2025 with a clear vision: to steward a space where people feel they belong and where meaningful relationships fuel professional and personal growth.
Under Jacinta’s leadership, La Suprema continues its legacy as more than a workspace — it’s a community-centered environment rooted in inclusivity, generosity, and “giving first.” The space’s thoughtful renovation honors its history as a former Chinese market and tortilla factory while supporting today’s remote workers, entrepreneurs, and small businesses.
Beyond her work at La Suprema, Jacinta is a board officer for the City Center for Collaborative Learning and a passionate advocate for building positive, lasting impact through human-centered leadership.
