About Our Speaker
Aimee Graves is currently the CEO of The Haven, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women heal from substance use disorders while staying connected with their families. She is a seasoned health and human services executive with over 30 years of experience, including more than 17 years in executive leadership, specializing in mental health, addiction treatment, early childhood education, and family preservation.
Aimee has extensive experience in strategic planning, organizational leadership, and program development. Since 2007, she has also served as a surveyor for CARF International, advising organizations seeking accreditation in behavioral health and youth services.
A passionate advocate for children and families, Aimee has been actively involved with United Way’s Women United Executive Committee since 2012 and has chaired multiple Business Leaders Breakfasts for Early Education. She currently serves on several community boards, including the University of Arizona’s Frances McClelland Family Advisory Board and the Southwest Institute for Research on Women Advisory Board.
Her leadership and community impact have been recognized with numerous awards, including United Way’s Circle of Excellence Award and the Transformation Leader Award from Kino Neighborhoods Coalition.
Aimee holds a master’s degree in International Administration and dual bachelor’s degrees in Communication Studies and Spanish from the University of Georgia. She is also a graduate of Greater Tucson Leadership.

Tucson Young Professionals (TYP) is dedicated to attracting, retaining, and promoting young professionals in the Greater Tucson area. Founded during the Great Recession, TYP provides a platform for young professionals to connect, develop leadership skills, and actively contribute to Tucson's economic and social progress. We emphasize collaboration, leadership, inclusivity, and progress, aiming to ensure that diverse voices lead Tucson's development.
