About this Event
The design and operation of hydronic systems have changed drastically over the years. Depending on the application, the type and selection of the pump can have a significant impact on system efficiency, life cycle cost, and building comfort. In this presentation we will examine different pump types and review pump selection based on system type. Below is an outline for the presentation:

- Radial forces
- Pump installation detail
Modern Pump Selection
- ASHRAE Selection Recommendations
- Pump Best Efficiency Point (BEP)
- System Curve
- Control Curve and Area
- Part Load Efficiency Valves (PLEV)
