We’re Better Because YOU Are Here — Join Us and See the Impact You Can Make! 💙As we head into the winter months and holiday season, it’s more important than ever to come together as a community. Join us for this month’s Central Vancouver Coalition meeting, where we’ll highlight the incredible work local organizations are doing to support youth and families during this time of year — and explore the resources available to our community year-round.
This gathering is a chance to share resources, build partnerships, and strengthen the support systems that help youth and families thrive. Whether you’re a long-time coalition member or new to our community, your voice and experience matter. Come connect, collaborate, and learn how you can make a positive impact!

✅ Celebrate local programs supporting youth and families
✅ Share your organization’s services — and any community resources you know of
✅ Introduce yourself and get to know others in the coalition
✅ Display your materials at our community resource table (bring printed resources!)
Community Partner Spotlights
🎤 Shevonda Joyner, Engagement Specialist, Washington State Attorney General’s Office — “Hear Me Washington” (Virtual)
Shevonda will share how Hear Me WA connects youth and young adults experiencing safety concerns with essential services and support.
🎤 Andy Lara, President, SW WA LULAC (In Person)
Andy will offer valuable insights on building trust and strengthening connections with Latino families in our community — an essential conversation given Central Vancouver’s large Latino population.
🎤 Kasey Frazier, Community Outreach, Santa’s Posse – Clark County Sheriff’s Office (In Person)
Kasey will highlight how Santa’s Posse brings holiday support and community resources to local families.
Why Attend?
Along with our featured presentations, attendees will have opportunities to introduce themselves, share their organization’s work, and learn about services available throughout Central Vancouver. Our community resource table will be open for all to display materials — a great way to increase visibility and discover new partnerships.
Whether you’re just joining the coalition or have been with us for years, this is a valuable space to connect, collaborate, and continue building a strong, supportive community as we approach the new year.
We look forward to seeing you there!
