The Heart and Stroke Walk is happening on Saturday, October 23! We are back and ready to reinvigorate your heart healthy lifestyle by reuniting our community for better health. This year’s event invites you to HEART AND STROKE WALK HERE … at our event at Tesoro Viejo or wherever you feel inspired.We are coming together, physically spaced, but connected in the mission of the American Heart Association. We know that now more than ever people looking for ways to stay active, reduce stress and stay connected.
The Heart and Stroke Walk has always been more than a walk. It is about harnessing the power of the collective in our shared purpose to save lives. It is about communities like ours coming together to celebrate what we have accomplished to impact the health of the people closest to us.
