This event is hosted in conjunction with the Polsky Center and the Illinois SBDC at the Polsky Exchange and sponsored by Verizon & Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) to promote the Verizon Small Business Digital Ready (VSBDR) platform. This platform offers resources designed to support the growth of small businesses.

Additionally, the event will showcase our local partners here in the Central Region/Chicago Market.

10:00 AM - 10:30 AM - Welcome/Verizon Small Business Digital Ready Presentation (30 minutes) • Introduce VSBDR to the audience and share elements of its genesis and construction to facilitate small business growth.

10:30 AM - 11:00 AM - Small Business Spotlight (30 minutes) • Hear from two small businesses: Karla Yatckoske, Founder of Uplifting Melodies Tutoring LLC and El Loro Club
