Watching birds and listening to birds has been scientifically proven to be good for our mental well-being. Whether it's your first time holding a pair of binoculars or you're a seasoned pro, let's see which of our feathered friends is visiting Central Point throughout the year. We'll take a short walk along the Bear Creek Greenway, a great place for birding year-round. There is a nice, easy, paved path to walk on (wheelchair accessible). Birding is for everybody, so let's go!
