Central County Climate Conversation

Join Broward County for a workshop led by renowned eco-artist Xavier Cortada, which includes an opportunity to create a free personalized elevation marker with the artist. Be part of the climate conversation, learn about local climate vulnerabilities and resilience initiatives, and become a climate ambassador for your community.

Transportation: Free Broward County shuttles will be available at the following locations for 12:15PM pick-up and 3:45PM drop-off. When you register for this free event, you will be prompted to select one of these locations:

• Meadowbrook Elementary school (2300 SW 46th Ave, Fort Lauderdale)
• Roosevelt Gardens Park (2841 NW 11th St, Fort Lauderdale)

Location: The inaugural Community Climate Conversation will take place at the African American Research Library and Cultural Center, 2650 Sistrunk Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311.
