After Pilates workouts in the studio, we’ll head to the water. You choose to surf or boogie board, and everyone does SUP Pilates. Plus enjoy wine tasting and mineral springs. The small event (just 12 participants) is open to everyone and all fitness levels. You don’t need to be a member of Central Core studio. Gear up for a great weekend, with fresh air, fitness, food, and more!
What’s a Weekend Wellness Retreat?
From Saturday morning through noon on Sunday, you’ll enjoy a variety of Pilates and other exercises, plus outdoor activities, several meals, and down-time to enjoy the beautiful coastal town of Pismo Beach.
Each weekend retreat is limited to just 12 participants to allow for distancing, as well as personalized instruction. The studio and equipment are sanitized daily. For indoor sessions, the group will be split into two smaller groups.
You’ll sweat, laugh, smile, and love every minute of your wellness-focused weekend. You don’t need to be a client of the Central Core studio, which is located halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco -- and three blocks from the beach!
Come with a friend or come solo -- making new friends is part of the retreat magic.
Hosted by Central Core, your instructor is owner Misha Patel and her staff. Misha has more than 15 years of experience training students in her two Pilates studios, from professional and Olympic athletes to those with physical challenges including amputees, severe injury rehabilitation, and neurological disorders.
