What’s a Weekend Wellness Retreat?
From Saturday morning through noon on Sunday, you’ll enjoy a variety of Pilates and other exercises, plus outdoor activities, several meals, and down-time to enjoy the beautiful coastal town of Pismo Beach.
Each weekend retreat is limited to just 12 participants to allow for distancing, as well as personalized instruction. The studio and equipment are sanitized daily. For indoor sessions, the group will be split into two smaller groups.
You’ll sweat, laugh, smile, and love every minute of your wellness-focused weekend.
Retreats are open to all. You don’t need experience and you don’t need to be a client of the studio. Reduced rate available for family members for partial participation, and kids are welcome to participate in most retreats (except for the Pilates Reformer exercise sessions).
Hosted by Central Core, your instructor is owner Misha Patel and her staff. Misha has more than 15 years of experience training students in her two Pilates studios, from professional and Olympic athletes to those with physical challenges including amputees, severe injury rehabilitation, and neurological disorders.
