Advanced Pilates. Do you love, live, and breathe Pilates? If you want a weekend filled with an advanced repertoire of Pilates Reformer, tower, mat, jumpboard, and more, the Advanced Pilates weekend is for you! But it's not just about working out. Fun is built in with activities, beach walks, hikes, and lunch and dinner at great local spots.
What’s a Weekend Wellness Retreat?
From Saturday morning through noon on Sunday, you’ll enjoy a variety of Pilates and other exercises, plus outdoor activities, several meals, and down-time to enjoy the beautiful coastal town of Pismo Beach.
Each weekend retreat is limited to just 12 participants to allow for distancing, as well as personalized instruction. The studio and equipment are sanitized daily. For indoor sessions, the group will be split into two smaller groups.
You’ll sweat, laugh, smile, and love every minute of your wellness-focused weekend.
You don’t need to be a client of the Central Core studio, which is located halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco -- and three blocks from the beach!

Hosted by Central Core, your instructor is owner Misha Patel and her staff. Misha has more than 15 years of experience training students in her two Pilates studios, from professional and Olympic athletes to those with physical challenges including amputees, severe injury rehabilitation, and neurological disorders.
