Central Coast Sessions: A Benefit for KCBX Public Radio
Advertisement
You're invited to the second annual Central Coast Sessions! Come for great local music and good company, and stay to celebrate the KCBX community that keeps public radio thriving on the Central Coast.
Ten of the county's best local acts take the stage, and 100% of ticket sales go directly to KCBX. Tickets starting at $25!
With music from:
Carbon City Lights · Damon Castillo Band · The Kicks · Cate Armstrong Band · Electric Lavender Train · The Funk Junket · Sol Arc · Partita · Bigfoot County · The New Analog
The day includes:
- Live performances from 10 local bands
- A raffle with dozens of prizes donated by local businesses
- KCBX and Live Oak Music Festival merchandise sale
- An exclusive Rod & Hammer spirits tasting (with All-Access Pass)
- Food and drinks from The Rock’s on-site restaurant
Celebrating Frank and Hank
This year, we'll also come together to honor two people who shaped KCBX for decades: Frank Lanzone, our president and general manager since 1980, and Hank Hadley, our operations manager for 38 years. If you have been looking for a way to share your memories and send your regards, we hope you'll spend the day with us.
Still on the air, thanks to you
It’s been one year since federal funding for public media was eliminated, and KCBX is still here, on the air 365 days a year as your 100% community-funded public radio station. Every ticket helps keep it that way.
We can't wait to see you at Central Coast Sessions, alongside hundreds of fellow listeners, supporters, and music lovers from across the Central Coast!
