Begin your Sunday with intention, stillness, and space to reconnect.This 75-minute sound bath offers an opportunity to slow down, settle your nervous system, and gently realign before the week ahead. It’s a time to step out of the noise of daily life and into a more grounded, centered state.
As you rest comfortably, you’ll be immersed in the sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, and other instruments. The vibrations support deep relaxation while helping to bring the body and mind back into balance.
This is a space to:
• Reset and ground your energy
• Cultivate clarity and calm
• Move into your week feeling more centered and supported
Mats, bolsters, and blankets are available for your use, but feel free to bring anything that will help you feel comfortable.
