Join us for a 4-week series of gentle moments utilizing a chair. This series is designed for individuals who may have felt that movement or yoga wasn’t accessible to them—whether due to mobility challenges, joint discomfort, or simply not knowing where to begin.
Led by Susi Amendola, internationally certified yoga therapist, Director and Founder of Yoga Now, and award-winning author of “The Centered Heart”, this compassionate, heart-centered practice offers a gentle way to explore movement, connection, and relaxation without the stress of competition.
Using the support of a chair, we’ll focus on:
Gentle, accessible movements to release tension and relax the body.
Breathing practices to calm the mind and support overall well-being.
A compassionate, judgment-free approach to meeting yourself exactly where you are.
