This year, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Omicron Omega Chapter celebrates 100 years of service in the Greater Birmingham community!The yearlong Centennial Celebration culminates at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, November 2, 2024, with a Centennial Luncheon Extravaganza at the Sheraton Hotel Ballroom in Downtown Birmingham, Alabama. The keynote luncheon speaker is Charletta Wilson Jacks (International First Vice President of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®). Beginning at 11:00 A.M., there will be live music and the viewing of the Omicron Omega Chapter History Exhibit. Immediately after the Luncheon Extravaganza, there will be a Centennial Soiree with music provided by the DJ Wright Band.
This Centennial Luncheon Extravaganza is presented by Omicron Omega Chapter in conjunction with the Cultural and Educational Advancement Foundation, Inc. (CEAF). CEAF is the charitable Foundation established by Omicron Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® in 2000. It is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Join us, the members of Omicron Omega Chapter, at this spectacular event as we honor our past, recognize our present impact, and look forward to building a better future for all. Tickets are $100 (Vegetarian meals are available, please specify via ticket purchase.) to experience this 100-year celebration which kicks off at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, November 2, 2024.
