Let’s end summer with a big party on Toronto Island! There will be cold drinks, great food & incredible views on the best patio in the city.
About this Event

The stage will feature an amazing afternoon of Celtic music and dance. The festivities will once again be hosted by local media personality Hugo Straney.

Location

The Toronto Island BBQ & Beer Company is located beside the main ferry dock on Centre Island. The venue is fully licensed with a great menu including vegetarian options. No outside food or drinks will be allowed.

Tickets

This event sold out well in advance last year so we recommend that you do not wait to reserve your spot. Advance tickets are $15. A limited number may be available at the door for $20. Children under 12 are admitted for free when accompanied by a paying adult.

There will be no reservations for seating. Guests may choose their spot on a first come, first served basis. This event will go on rain or shine. There are covered areas to get out of the sun or to stay dry if needed.

No pets will be allowed on the premises other than service animals.

Transportation

Event tickets do not include transportation costs. Guests may arrive via water taxi or the Jack Layton Ferry Terminal. Those coming via ferry are encouraged to buy their tickets online in advance.

Raffle Tickets

A pair of flights to Ireland along with many other great prizes are available to be won. Winners do not not need to onsite at the time of the draw.

Partners

This event is hosted by the St. Patrick's Parade Society of Toronto. It is supported by LIUNA, Ontario Lottery & Gaming Corporation and the St. Andrew's Society of Toronto.

The mid-September timing aligns with two important milestones on the Celtic Canadian calendar. On the Irish side, it begins the six month countdown to the 2027 St. Patrick's Parade. The timing also recognizes the anniversary of the first mass immigration of Scots to what is now Canada. The Landing of the Ship Hector took place on September 15, 1773 in Pictou, Nova Scotia.
