Failte, a welcome to join our weekly drop-in Celtic & Chakra Meditation with a seasonal Ceremonial Table to activate the 6 senses. Using plants, minerals and sounds to activate and harmonize your energy & vitality. Using a breath practice through the Tree of Life cyclical breathing from the Earth's frequency through our bodies, our Cauldrons, our Chakras with affirmation and visualization to deepen our spiritual understanding, connection and Heart coherence.

Explore the ancient wisdom of the Celts, their ways, their practices, connecting to the rhythm of Nature as an Oracle for our healing and wellbeing.

Guided meditation offers a moment of stillness to explore your inner cosmos. A weaving of time to realign to you, your well-self, to harmonize and to harness your innate energies, your vibrational frequencies as a self contained healing eco system.

The Celts honour the three Cauldrons: The Lower Cauldron - Coire Goiriath. The Middle Cauldron - Coire Ermae. The Upper Cauldron - Coire Sois for reintegration, alignment & embodiment of your energy centres.
