The strange music of Cellophane Eyes is comprised of songs derived from multiple improvisational jam sessions. Their songs have very few to no words, but are packed with imagery and meaning. Through this work, they welcome you into their personal haven of childlike wonder, chaos, escapism, alternate realities, and alien worlds.
Warren Dunes plays PNW Tropicalia and is led by keyboardist/vocalist Julia Massey. Their unique style of Beach Pop is born from the cold waters and grey sky beaches of the Puget Sound, and is highlighted by Massey’s double keyboards and crystalline voice, soaring over chimey guitars and danceable beats. They are celebrating their most recent LP AQUAMARINE, released in May 2024.
