Celestial Sensations - Gratitude Series

Welcome to Celestial Sensations; centered around building a gratitude practice. We will explore the power of our breath to cleanse and balance our energy centers. Join us for a transformative experience that combines breathwork, energy healing, and a celestial sound serenade.

During this experience, you will learn how to use your breath to access and release stagnant energy while gracefully building a more expansive gratitude practice. Through guided breathing exercises, you will journey through each of the seven chakras, unlocking their potential for healing and self-discovery. As you connect with your breath, you will release tension, emotional blockages, and old patterns, paving the way for greater clarity, peace, and vitality.

Our breathwork session will be combined with energy healing, where you will receive gentle touch and energetic adjustments to further balance and align your chakras. Our skilled practitioners will work with you to release any remaining energetic blockages and promote a deep sense of relaxation and rejuvenation.

To conclude our workshop, we will immerse ourselves in a celestial sound serenade, featuring the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, shamanic drumming, and other sacred instruments. As you listen to the soothing sounds, you will feel your body, mind, and spirit harmonize and resonate with the frequencies of the universe, bringing you into a state of deep peace and connection.

18+ only, open to all beliefs, faiths, ages, walks of life, and experience levels. Bring a blanket, pillow, a well padded mat, crystals and anything else you think you may need to be comfortable for the ceremony.
