Celestial Paint and Sip II

Join a professional art teacher for a special painting session inspired by Feyre from A Court of Thorns and Roses! You’ll be guided step-by-step in creating your very own "three drawers" painting, featuring flames, flowers, and a night sky reminiscent of our favourite heroine's journey. If you’re feeling inspired to create a different theme, feel free to make it your own! The teacher will lead you through the classic design, but you’re welcome to let your imagination soar.

YOUR HOST VENUE

Wesley Art Studio's Paint and sip events combine a professionally-led painting class with a high-energy environment. The venue is fully BYO for snacks and your choice of beverage. A paint party (or a “social painting event”) is an opportunity for you to have a social outing with your friends over drinks and appetizers while creating an art project from start to finish.

YOUR DAY

You will be led by an "In-House Artist" through your drawer set, all art supplies will be provided and your session will last for a duration of 2 hours. You then finish your very own plywood drawers set (Width 87mm x Height 190mm x Length 120mm) to take home. It is wise to avoid wearing anything white, made of silk, or sentimental value, or extremely expensive in case a little bit of paint happens to get on your clothes.

ART AND MENTAL HEALTH

New research shows that the average life expectancy in the U.S. has decreased by more than a year, due in large part to COVID-19. Some of the lesser-known contributing factors are a lack of a meaning and purpose in life, feelings of disconnection, and limited friendships. Take a positive step toward your health and wellbeing by learning to address the social factors that impact longevity. Paint and Sip group sessions have become popular with the social connection of bringing people together for a different single focus of what would be in the normal train of thoughts. It takes the mind away on a holiday within a social setting.
