Dive into the flavors of Italy as Chef Jude reimagines local seafood with an Italian twist. The evening will begin with a cocktail hour. Appetizers will be passed around as you mingle, including Hog Island oysters with sturgeon caviar, prosciutto de parme and compressed melon, and fava green gazpacho. Then guests will be seated for a decadent five course meal including jumbo prawns and artichokes fried to perfection, a crisp little gem salad with cacio e pepe vinaigrette, handmade lobster raviolo, smoked California halibut caponata, and black mission fig panna cotta. Dinner will also feature house made focaccia bread for the table. Come enjoy an evening of fine dining and fine company. Buon Apetito!
