Ash Library has had a wonderful refresh — a full repaint and brand‑new flexible furniture funded through S106 developer contributions, allocated specifically for our village library is being installed next week!
The new tables, chairs and reading areas are designed for everyone: families, pre-schoolers, community groups, quiet readers, laptop‑users, and anyone who simply enjoys spending time in a welcoming space.
To celebrate, Kent Libraries are hosting a special Storytime event on Friday 10 July, 11.45am–12.15pm. It’s the perfect chance to pop in, see the new look, and enjoy some stories with little ones.
💚 coffee and cakes available on the day, so do stay for a chat and help us mark this positive moment for our much loved library.
