Michael was a shining light in the New Orleans community. His warmth and openness created space for others to simply be themselves, and his presence brought people together with ease and sincerity. While he may be gone, the presence of his memory will continue to bring us all together.
Join us on Saturday, June 20th at The Broadside between 5pm and 10pm as we honor and celebrate Michael's life.
Please donate what you can at the door. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to a charity of the family's choice in Michael's honor.
The celebration will include performances by some of Michael's favorites including The Dapper Dandies, The Quickening, HollyRock, and The Engulf Conclave.
The Broadside's in-house restaurant and bar will be open and serving food and drinks.
We look forward to dancing with you and partying like Michael.
