Celebration of Life for Squirrel 🐿️ (Mitch Heimbach)

When someone lives a life as full and crazy as Squirrel did, it’s only right to honor it!
This is a public Celebration of Life for Ronald Mitchell Heimbach, known to most as Squirrel. We will be gathering in his honor at the Wheeling Skatepark in Wheeling, WV. It was his favorite skatepark and he spent a lot of time there! Feel free to bring a skateboard, bike, or roller skates, or just sit at the picnic tables and hang out.
Food & drinks will be pitch-in style, anyone is welcome to bring something. If he loved a dish of yours, bring it! Wanna just grab something from the grocery store? Totally fine too.
Everyone is encouraged to bring photos, videos, recordings, and stories of Squirrel to share. There will be poster boards where physical photos can be added.
This is a chance for everyone to honor the legacy he left behind, share memories & stories, and make one last big memory with him & those he loved! He would love to see everyone who knew him gathered in his name, laughing and singing and remembering. If you can make the journey, please join us! If you are unable to travel & would still like to participate, message Kayla to arrange a video call.
