Celebration of Life for Bob Maskell

Put on your Rose-colored glasses and join us on Saturday Oct 1, 2022, at 1 PM as we celebrate the life of Bob Maskell.

Long ago, a promise was made that when the time came, Nico van der Kley would make sure that a celebration would be held to honour Bob in his beloved Eva O. Howard Theatre. This is our chance to fulfill that promise and honour the man who made the Vic dream a reality for so many who followed. The event will be hosted by Donovan Workun and Vince Forcier, with special appearances by many VIC alumni, such as Lance Cardinal, and former staff members Dianne Greenough and Andrea Trueman. Bobapalooza, as we are affectionately referring to the event, will be a theatrical walk down memory lane with live performances, video, speeches... and a few surprises! There will be a reception following the program in the cafeteria, where you can share stories about Bob and raise a Pepsi in his name. Entrance to the theatre will be by the Kingsway Avenue entrance only. Parking in the adjacent lots is available.
