Two day celebration of the origins of Canada's national game; lacrosse! All events free.
Saturday 11 am to 2 pm: Indigenous stick carving demonstration fun skills training session for kids (every participant gets a free event souvenir!) "meet and greet" with Toronto Rock player.
Sunday starts at 11 am: Lacrosse played in a church sanctuary! Opening ceremony by elder with drum circle history and game played. 1:30 pm: View the first Indigenous murals in any church sanctuary in North America hosted by the artist Philp Cote.
