Welcome to our 3rd Annual HLMS Celebration of Black-Owned Businesses (CBOB) 2023. To our great Black-owned businesses in Baltimore: we are celebrating you! This event has been a success each year as we highlight some of our area’s most unique and impactful black-owned businesses.WHEN: Saturday Oct 14 (12pm-5pm)
ADDRESS: 4500 Harford Road, Baltimore.
ATTENDANCE: Free for all! All are welcome - family friendly event. Even is on rain or shine.
