Celebrating Women in Wine and Cheese: A tasting event

Join us for an unforgettable evening at Celebrating Women in Wine and Cheese, a special fundraising event in support of the Daphne Zepos Teaching Endowment (DZTE). This unique gathering honors the artistry and dedication of female winemakers and cheesemakers, bringing their exceptional creations to center stage.

Experience interactive tasting stations as you wander through Formaggio Kitchen, each featuring a selection of exquisite wines and cheeses crafted by talented women in the industry. Engage in intimate conversations with wine and cheese experts, learning about their processes, inspirations, and the stories behind each bottle and wheel.

At every station, an industry expert will be present to offer insights into pairing suggestions, flavor profiles, and the unique characteristics of each product. Mingle with fellow enthusiasts, industry professionals, and supporters of DZTE, all while savoring delicious bites and sips.

All proceeds from this event will go directly to the Daphne Zepos Teaching Endowment, supporting educational opportunities and fostering the next generation of cheese professionals. Come celebrate the power and passion of women in wine and cheese, and help us continue the legacy of learning and excellence in the culinary arts. To fully participate in the class:
1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese, wine, and accompaniments for one.
2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 7:30pm. This is a standing event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the event is about an hour. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).
3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please reach out to [email protected] when you make your reservation if you or a member of your party has any food allergies or dietary restrictions or requires seating. Our classroom coordinator will help you to determine if the class can be modified to accomodate your needs. The health and safety of our guests is a priority for us.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
