Celebrating the Solstice with Sarah Potter

The solstice 12/21 marks more light coming in every day, and the end of the longest nights of the year. We invite you to nourish yourself before the coming Holiday and celebrate this important time with us through a group lead meditation and intention-setting ceremony.

You'll write a love letter to yourself in the new year, indulge in gratitude, and consider the adventure to come. You will also go home with some bath goodies.

Expect light grazing snacks, tea served hot, Haridan Vodka mixed drinks and an invigorating experience into self exploration supported by the Girl Knew York community.
