Please join as we celebrate the life of this remarkable man and Legend, Rodney Carl Elmore “Rocco” who will be remembered and honored at his Celebration of life on November 30, 2024 starting at 1 p.m. at the Decatur American Legion Post 105, Decatur, Illinois. Requesting casual dress and please remember to wear Rocco’s Bar attire if you can.
