Music history returns to Tacoma as we honor the late, great psychedelic rock pioneer and legendary Moby Grape guitarist, Jerry Miller. Join us for a historic, free community celebration on Sunday, July 26th from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM inside the magnificent Spanish Ballroom at McMenamins Elks Temple. We will be officially unveiling a permanent, commemorative bronze plaque to forever cement Jerry's place in rock history.
Kicking off this special tribute is the incredible MG Group, featuring a stellar lineup of local legends who shared the stage and a deep musical bond with Jerry. These phenomenal musicians will be performing an all-Jerry Miller tribute setlist, bringing his timeless spirit and iconic guitar legacy vibrantly back to life:
Don Wilhelm – A rock-solid bassist and superb vocalist whose driving basslines and vocal harmonies perfectly complemented Jerry's style.
