Celebrating the Assembly Rooms

Following a successful nomination, the Assembly Rooms was included on the 2025 World Monuments Watch, bringing renewed attention to the significance of this remarkable civic  landmark. As the biennial Watch cycle draws to a close, join us for a special evening celebrating the Enlightenment spirit that shaped this historic landmark.

The evening will feature a drama inspired by events that unfolded within the Assembly Rooms written by John Gray and performed by Kabosh, a harp recital arranged by Cruit Éireann/Harp Ireland, and Irish songs performed by the St George’s Church Ladies Choir.

This event is free, but booking is essential.
