The Texas Master Naturalist Mid-Coast Chapter invites you to celebrate Texas Oysters. We'll hear from a dozen experts covering a broad range of topics, from oysters as animals and habitats to reef restoration and aquaculture, and more! In addition to the symposium, there will be an optional oyster tasting of farm-raised oysters from 4 different Texas Bays and a social hour featuring wines and craft beer from Rockport's own Winery on the Bay (cash bar).
