Learn about the gifts of Sourdough!
Releasing all Bread Guilt Now! (...and it is possible to be gluten free for those who really need it to be.) Let's explore foods, tastes and energetic movements that aid digestion and human health this time of year. This class is a celebration of SOURDOUGH starter for your breads. Certainly not 'empty carbs' here.
We hope to welcome a special guest speaker too! (she's unconfirmed at this time) however.... she knows a lot about SOURDOUGH, and may introduce us to her very own "Betsy!"
Join us for this hour and a half and we'll get you started on your journey with the health benefits and blessings of sourdough breads. (There is no such thing as 'bad foods' by the way!) The relationship of gut microbiome is essential to mind, body, spirit health.
Nothing to bring. Come join us in the Studio for this presentation.
The WE Apothecary Cafe will also be open for your morning brew of choice: fine teas, herbs, and RISEUP Coffee too.
