Celebrating Radicchio with The Culinary Breeding Network at Stark

Join Lane Selman of the Culinary Breeding Network for a discussion of all things radicchio! This fall Lane will be coming out with a book, titled Radicchio: A Celebration of the Beloved Italian Vegetable. Join her for a discussion about why we should all be growing this lovely vegetable, how she has worked to broaden its use, and the versatility of using radicchio in our meals.

**At the event we will have unique radicchio varieties for sale from Log House Plants just in time for fall planting. Lane Selman and Log House have collaborated to bring us all a wide variety of lovely radicchios to grow in our veggie gardens.

***All classes at Stark this summer will be held in our veggie hoophouse, which is located in the yard of the nursery, near the trees and shrubs. It is a large greenhouse that functions as a covered outdoor area. If the weather is warm, we will have water available, but please remember to dress so that you are comfortable during the presentation.***
