As the holiday season approaches let’s take a moment to reflect on the beauty and strength within our community. In this uplifting workshop we’ll create a beautiful colorful garland that will serve as a tangible reminder of queer joy and pride. Each garland piece will be infused with moments of gratitude weaving together your personal experiences and connection to the community.

Who is this workshop for:

This workshop is open to all members of the LGBTQIA+ community allies and anyone who wants to explore their identity express themselves creatively and foster a deeper sense of self-awareness and pride. No previous artistic experience is required – just an open heart and a willingness to explore.

About “Creative ExpressionThrough Painting”:

It is a six-month creative workshop series led by mindful-art facilitator Aida Akoury at Aconchego House! 🏳️‍🌈 This isn’t just about painting; it’s about finding a safe space to connect with yourself and the community. 🌈💖

Each session lets you explore emotions identity and personal stories through art no matter your experience level. 🌿

We welcome all LGBTQIA+ members and allies to join us in this unique journey.
