We're excited to welcome Ifrah Hashi as our cooking class instructor for September 13. Ifrah will show us how to make a delicious Fall Lentil Veggie Stew. At the end of class, you'll get the recipe so you can make the dish with produce growing in your own garden or from the store. Recordings and recipes will be available on Facebook, our website, and YouTube, so you can cook along with Ifrah at a later time.
Each class from June-September is held at a community garden in one of the two Minneapolis Green Zones. This class will be held in the indoor classroom right next to the Augsburg Community Garden. We'll be able to take a tour of their amazing garden after class. Attending via Zoom is always an option too.
