This engaging lecture will be led by Dr. Helena Kopchick Spencer, Associate Professor of Music History and Bassoon at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Known for her enthusiasm, deep musical knowledge, and engaging sense of humor, Dr. Spencer will bring history to life in a celebration of North Carolina’s musical legacy and America250.
The presentation also includes live performances featuring:

-Annabelle Arends (soprano) – WSO Concerto Competition Winner
