Workshop Line-up Schedule

🌿 4 classes - 45 mins slot where energy meets vibes‼️

‼️Open level - kids under 12+ invited with parental guardian

🕐 1:00 – 1:45pm → Dancehall (Male New School) High-energy, powerful moves rooted in Dancehall’s strength and culture.

🕐 1:50 – 2:35pm → Contemporary / Jazz Fusion

Expressive, flow and rich movement through lyrical connection and release within dance

🕐 2:40 – 3:25pm → Female Dancehall (Old & Mid School) Fierce, confident and waistline moves celebrating feminine individuality with authentic Dancehall vibes.

🕐 3:30 – 4:15pm → African Traditional Dance Grounded, soulful, and powerful—honouring African heritage through drums, dance, and freedom.

✨ All levels welcome – Come dance, connect, and celebrate! ✨

These workshops are:

Inclusive & welcoming – open to all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.

Celebratory – highlighting Black History Month, but equally about embracing dance as an everyday joy and act of togetherness. Love for the culture. Celebrating you.

Community driven – honouring the motto “Out of Many, One People,” a guiding spirit that reminds us dance can bring us together as one community.

This series is about more than learning steps – it’s about sharing culture, celebrating rhythm, and creating safe, joyful spaces where Sheffield can come together.
