About the Sessions:
***Hatha Yoga with Geeta: Experience two beautiful sessions of Gentle Yoga designed to revitalise your body, relax your mind, and reduce stress. These sessions include warm-up movements, longer-held yoga postures, and modifications to accommodate all fitness levels. Focus on alignment, breath utilization, energy lines, mantras, mudras, bandhas, and pranayama.

***Yoga for the Soul with Beatrix: This is the Yoga of the Soul. Like a curious child, we want to open the gate to our unconscious, entering the magical realm of our subconscious and discovering more of the treasures within our inner depth, breadth, and wholeness. Playfully, we open this gate using symbolic images from various ancient cultures and exercises from positive psychology and the ancient Indian yogic tradition. Have fun!
