About the Workshop:
Embark on a journey of self-discovery and holistic well-being with our Ayurveda Dosha Discovery Workshop. Ayurveda, the ancient science of life, offers profound insights into understanding our unique constitution, known as doshas, and how they influence our physical, mental, and emotional health. ???
In the first part of the workshop, our knowledgeable facilitators will guide you through the foundational concepts of Ayurveda, introducing you to Dosha and Gunas. Gain a deeper understanding of the three doshas - Vata, Pitta, and Kapha - and how they manifest within us, as well as the qualities of Gunas that influence our state of being. ??
In the second part, we'll engage in interactive discussions and activities designed to help each participant identify their predominant dosha(s) and understand how they can create balance and harmony in their lives. ??♀️?♂️ This collaborative exploration fosters a sense of community and support as we embark on our individual paths to wellness. ?✨
