Warm Welcome are hosting a special, free event to recognise the really positive impact of community spaces that offer welcome and support across Nottingham & Nottinghamshire.
There will be opportunities to network, to share and hear inpiring stories from different communities and discoverways to develop what your space can offer to support your community.

Community Food Hubs: Hear about recent research on Community Food Hubs and the vision for Nottingham. Community Food Hubs Practice Network and how you can get involved.

What is Safe Space Notts? Understanding the Scheme and How Venues and Organisations Can Get Involved. An introduction to Safe Space Notts, a city-wide safety initiative run by 'It's in Nottingham'. Learn how the how the scheme works, what it means to be an accredited Safe Space venue or supporter, and the practical steps venues and community spaces can take to make people feel safer. Attendees will leave with a solid understanding of the scheme, how to signpost people to support, and how their own space can play a part in building a safer Nottingham.
