Celebrating Black Maternal Health Week 2024: Turning Up the Volume!

The conference aims to bring together individuals and community organizations committed to addressing critical issues surrounding black maternal health. From sharing insights to fostering collaborations, the goals clear: to bring attention and action in improving Black Maternal Health by addressing the inequities and health outcomes of Black women and birthing people. Last year's conference, "Choose to Improve" focused on inspiring a “call to action” for providers and community partners to find ways to "Choose to Improve" black maternal health through action and advocacy.
