Over the past year, we've seen how crucial it is for us to create and hold space for our own wellness. Too often, mainstream wellness spaces overlook or marginalise our experiences. This retreat is our opportunity to carve out a dedicated day-long sanctuary where we can prioritise our health, joy, and community. It's about more than just self-care; it's about reclaiming and affirming our right to thrive.

We have an exciting lineup of classes and workshops including yoga, authentic relating, games, movement, sound healing and herbal remedy making led by inspiring facilitators who understand and honor our journeys. Last year, we gathered for our first event in the park, where we planted the seeds of this beautiful community.
