World Wellness Week is September 19 to 21, 2025. To celebrate we are inviting youth and adults aged 13 and older to drop-in to the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre and enjoy a free Step class on Thursday, September 18, 2025.
Use an elevated platform (step) and tailor the height to your needs. Step to the beat following a certified instructor, break a sweat and have a great time from 7:00 pm to 7:45 pm.
Registration is not required. Space is limited, so please be sure to arrive early to avoid disappointment.
