Celebrate Valentine's Day with Chef Preston Nguyen

For ages 18 & up

Spend the most romantic evening of the year with your special someone as you learn to craft a restaurant quality meal - and then sit down to enjoy it. In addition to winning prestigious competitions, this talented young chef has received high praise from some of the industry's most recognizable luminaries. You'll pick up tips as you work alongside Chef Preston as you and your team create an herbed flatbread; a flavorful and aptly hued dip; and tender lamb chops finished with garlic-herb butter. Chef Preston will show you how to make a nutty, Middle-eastern dessert for a sweet ending to your Valentine's Day celebrations.

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal.

ABOUT PRESTON NGUYEN

Chef Preston began his culinary career in 2020 as a senior at Marin Hight School in Arlington, Texas. In 2021 at the age of 18, he competed in the World Food Championships and took home the title. Several months later, Preston won the 2022 Final Table event and was the youngest winner in the history of the event. He competed in Gordon Ramsay's Next Level Chef, Season 2, which premiered as the most- watched television cooking show in America. Chef Ramsay selected Preston as hist first draft for his team and said " I, Chef Ramsay, was not cooking at that level at the age of 19." Ramsay also called him on e of the most talented chefs in the country.

October 2022 was officially named Preston Nguyen Day in Tarrant County.
